This course aims to provide the trainees with the new Competence and the corresponding Knowledge, Understanding and Proficiency (KUPs) for all seafarers assigned to shipboard duties as required under amended Table A-VI/1- 4, Section A-VI/1 of the STCW Code.
Specifically, at the end of the course the trainee must be able to contribute to the prevention of and response to violence and harassment, including sexual harassment, bullying and sexual assault.
